Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for an FMCG manufacturing site in the UK. You will join a supportive senior team and handle both electrical and mechanical maintenance, attending breakdowns and executing planned maintenance on production machinery.

The role emphasises reducing downtime, continuous improvement, and adherence to safety standards during the evening shift. A recognised engineering qualification is required, with UK experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance engineering within an FMCG or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in both reactive and planned maintenance within a fast-paced factory.

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdowns and scheduled planned maintenance of all production machinery.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance activities and planned preventative maintenance schedules.
• Maintain uptime and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
