Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a busy FMCG manufacturing site in Linton. You will join a senior team and support both electrical and mechanical maintenance, focusing on breakdown response and planned maintenance to maximise uptime.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance engineering within FMCG/industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with reactive and planned maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Recognised engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience with maintenance systems, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdowns and scheduled maintenance of production machinery.
• Oversee both electrical and mechanical maintenance activities.
• Ensure maximum machinery uptime and drive continuous improvement.
• Support shift colleagues with maintenance planning and execution.
