Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a busy FMCG manufacturing site in Linton. You will join a supportive senior team and cover both reactive and planned maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

Essential requirements include electrical/mechanical fault-finding, an engineering qualification, and experience with maintenance systems and KPIs. UK experience and CMMS/PLC skills are advantageous.

• Strong background in both reactive and planned maintenance within a fast-paced factory.

• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding knowledge.
• Recognised Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working on maintenance systems, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a maintenance engineer in the UK.
• Experience working with PLCs and the ability to support fault-finding activities.
• Knowledge of CMMS systems and budget management.
