Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Stowmarket is hiring a Maintenance Engineer with Electrical and Manufacturing experience to work on a Monday - Friday days-based basis. You will maintain and operate production line machinery and contribute to quality and efficiency targets.

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ in a relevant field.
• 18th Edition electrical installation regs.
• Commutable distance to Stowmarket.

Responsibilities

• Detect and repair electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults.
• Perform part replacement, adjustments and welding repairs when needed.
• Record maintenance activities and ensure workplace safety.
• Support production lines.
• Ensure environmental compliance and contribute to energy/resource management.
• Coordinate with supply chains, quality and external service companies.

Are you a Maintenance Engineer with production / manufacturing experience who wants to work on a Monday - Friday, days based role with the option to greatly increase your earning potential via uncapped overtime?

In this role you be responsible for the production, maintenance and improvement of all the equipment across the production line ensuring smooth running of the production line to give the customer the best service in line with company values.
