Job summary

Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to keep production running smoothly across mechanical and electrical systems. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on conveyors, pumps, motors and other factory equipment, troubleshooting and improving performance.

The role offers a Monday–Friday day shift with enhanced overtime rates, contributing to safety, efficiency and growth within a forward-thinking manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across all production machinery
• Ensure equipment is running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime
• Work on a variety of standard factory machinery including conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and automated production equipment
• Maintain and repair systems involving electrics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve safety
• Assist production teams with machine setups, fault finding, and provide training where needed

The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. Working across both mechanical and electrical systems, you'll be involved in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a wide range of factory equipment.
