Job summary

Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a cutting-edge renewable energy production facility in the United Kingdom. You will contribute to keeping production running smoothly by maintaining and improving a range of factory equipment.

Working across mechanical and electrical systems, you will perform planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support CI initiatives to reduce downtime and improve safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across all production machinery
• Ensure equipment is running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime
• Work on a variety of standard factory machinery including conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and automated production equipment
• Maintain and repair systems involving electrics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve safety
• Assist production teams with machine setups, fault finding, and provide training where needed
