Job summary

Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the engineering team on a day shift (Monday–Friday). The role focuses on mechanical and electrical maintenance across all production operations, including automated machinery, robotics, and conveyors, with enhanced overtime rates.

The successful candidate will help maintain and improve machinery performance, support production with setups, and contribute to safety, quality and cost improvements.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Experience with automated machinery, robotics, conveyors.
• Willingness to work day shift and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance across all production operations (mechanical and electrical).
• Ensure machinery is fully functional including automated systems, robotics, conveyors.
• Contribute to continuous improvements to quality, cost, and safety.
• Assist production with machinery problems and setups; provide training when appropriate.

The main responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician will include.

• An mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance focus across all production operations
• Ensuring machinery is maintained and fully functional - automated machinery, robotics, conveyer systems - mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics.
• Continually developing to improve operations to drive improvements in quality, cost and safety.
• Assisting production with machinery problems and setups, providing relevant training when appropriate.
