Job summary
AB InBev, reporting to the First Line Manager, is seeking a hands-on maintenance engineer to service a high‑throughput ASRS in a fast-moving FMCG environment. You will fault-find, solve problems and drive improvements to maximise system reliability and output.
The role offers a clear pathway to leadership, with responsibilities across planned and reactive maintenance, and collaboration with OEMs and contractors. A strong engineering mindset and ownership are essential.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Proven fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a multi-disciplined engineering team
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on the ASRS system
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in a high‑pressure environment
- Take full ownership of breakdowns from fault to permanent resolution
- Analyse equipment performance and drive continuous improvement to reliability
- Record maintenance activity in SAP/CMMS and maintain safety standards
