Job summary

AB InBev is seeking an ambitious maintenance engineer to support a highly automated ASRS in a fast-paced FMCG setting. You will fault-find across electrical and mechanical systems, own incidents from start to finish, and drive sustainable improvements to maximise reliability.

You will work with SAP/CMMS, collaborate with contractors, and contribute to safety and quality standards while pursuing leadership development within the team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting across electrical/mechanical systems.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments with CI mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance on the ASRS.
• Diagnose faults and implement root cause fixes in high-pressure settings.
• Own breakdowns from fault to permanent resolution with data-driven improvements.
• Analyze equipment data to identify recurring issues and reduce downtime.
• Develop and update SOPs and maintenance procedures; collaborate with OEMs.
