Job summary

ATA Recruitment is working with a market-leading manufacturing business at its flagship site in Measham, North Leicestershire. You will join a highly automated environment to maintain production equipment and improve reliability.

The role involves planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding to component level, and contributing to continuous improvement in a busy production facility with 4 on 4 off days and nights.

Qualifications

• Experienced maintenance engineer in manufacturing environment.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills down to component level.
• Good preventative maintenance and repair/rebuild capabilities.
• Qualification at Level 3 engineering or above (City & Guilds/NVQ/BTEC/HNC/HND).

Responsibilities

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of automated equipment.
• Reactive maintenance and breakdown response.
• Mechanical fault finding to component level.
• Mechanical strip-down and rebuild work.
• Planned and remedial repairs; installation projects.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement.
• Support improvements to reliability and output.
