Job summary
ETS Consulting Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a UK-based food manufacturer in the High Peak area. The role demands a time-served, multi-skilled engineer with a mechanical bias and capability to work independently.
The successful candidate will handle daily maintenance, drive improvements, and support PLC and automated machinery. The position operates on a 4on 4off shift pattern (6am-6pm/6pm-6am) with a salary of £52,331 plus pension and benefits.
Qualifications
- Apprentice Trained Engineer in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience of PLC systems & Automated machinery.
- Understanding of PPM systems.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities to high standards.
- Maximising machine efficiencies.
- Work on PLC systems, variable speed drives, conveyors and other manufacturing machinery.
