Job summary

Proactive Personnel Ltd in the Walsingham area is recruiting a maintenance engineer to support a 24-hour manufacturing site. You will perform breakdown repairs, health and safety improvements, and lead projects to boost plant performance.

You'll work a 40-hour week across a 3-shift pattern (6am-2pm, 1pm-9pm, 8am-4pm) with an on-call rota 1 in 5 evenings/weekends. Overtime applies after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining a 24h manufacturing plant.
• Ability to perform breakdown repairs and safety improvements.
• Capable of delivering projects to improve plant performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment across conveyors, mixers, boilers, and control panels.
• Support 24h plant operations and respond to breakdowns.
• Implement health and safety improvements and efficiency projects.
