Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Newcastle-under-Lyme to maintain and optimise site equipment. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, performing reactive and planned maintenance on automated systems, conveyors and material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong electrical maintenance background.
• Experience in fast-paced industrial environments.
• Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Ability to fault find under pressure and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform reactive and planned maintenance on conveyors and automated equipment.
• Fault diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical faults to minimise downtime.
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency across the site.
• Maintain safety and compliance in production environment.
