Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a well‑established manufacturing facility in Wrexham. The role is on a 3-on, 3-off days pattern with an option for a Mon to Fri shift for the right candidate.

You will fault-find, repair and perform preventative maintenance on electro‑mechanical equipment and receive PLC/controls training. The position offers £45,000–£48,000, plus overtime, on-call nights paid at 4.5 hours, and clear progression opportunities within a globally

Qualifications

• Electrical experience in a maintenance/industrial setting.
• Experience fault-finding and preventative maintenance on electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Willingness to work a 3-on 3-off shift pattern.

• 3 on 3 off - days only role. 7am - 7pm

Wrexham (Commutable from: Oswestry, Chester, Mold, Nantwich, Whitchurch, Winsford, Ellesmere, Shrewsbury)

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to join a globally recognised manufacturer that offers excellent benefits and ongoing technical development?

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within well-equipped facility as part of a small, specialist engineering team on a structured shift pattern. For the right candidate, there is also the option of a Mon to Friday Position.

The company is a national leader within the FMCG sector and continues to grow through major investment. To support this expansion, they are now recruiting an additional Maintenance Engineer.

In this role, you will be responsible for fault finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of electro‑mechanical equipment. The position is offered on a 3‑on, 3‑off days‑only shift pattern, with On Call night rota if called will get paid for 4.5 hours pay.

This role would suit an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer with strong hands‑on experience who wants to join a stable, industry‑leading business that values expertise and offers long‑term security.
