Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) for a workshop-based role commutable from Coventry and surrounding towns. You will work on specialist machinery, carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance across the site.

The role offers a Monday to Friday, 40-hour week with early/late shifts, a structured training path, and opportunities for progression within an established manufacturing business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Electrical qualifications (NVQ, HNC, City & Guilds, 18th Edition).

Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)

Workshop Based, commutable from Coventry, Kenilworth, Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Bedworth, Nuneaton, Rugby, Solihull, Birmingham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Hinckley, and surrounding areas.

£40,000 - £44,500 + 20% Shift Allowance + Double Days Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00/ 14:00 to 22:00) + No Weekend Work + 25 Days Holiday + up to 10% Pension + Life Assurance + Progression + Training
