The business is a globally recognised food manufacturer and one of the biggest employers in West Brom, with over 500 employees. They are partnered with some of the most iconic brands in the UK. The company has an exceptional reputation within the industry and operates out of a fully automated, state-of-the-art plant. Recently, they developed an in-house training programme for current and new maintenance engineers to learn electrical skills, such as PLC u-skilling with a new test rig. Important: for this role, you must be electrically biased and electrically qualified.

As a Maintenance Engineer, some of the machines you will work on include, but are not limited to:

Experience required for the role as an electrically biased maintenance engineer

• At least 3 years’ experience working as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, ideally electrically biased
• Comfortable with reading electrical drawings
• Experience with PLCs is advantageous
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
