Job summary

Luton Bennett is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in the Telford area. The role is a three-shift pattern (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) Monday to Friday, offering a strong base salary with substantial shift allowance and benefits.

You will join a large engineering team supporting high production performance and continuous improvements. Eligible candidates will have a mechanical or electrical bias and hold an engineering qualification.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience on production equipment.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to follow H&S protocols.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Carry out improvements and modifications to equipment.
• Investigate recurring issues and implement process improvements.

Maintenance Engineers required for a true industry leader in their industry. This is a great opportunity for Maintenance Engineers to join a quality focused manufacturing company who are committed to employee development and training.

This role would suit mechanically or electrically biased engineers. Candidates from any industry are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will work within a team of six engineers per shift responsible for attending machinery breakdowns and carrying out planned maintenance to ensure high production performance.

The Maintenance Engineer Role:

• Planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment

• Investigate repeating issues and implement process improvements
