Job summary

Block MB Ltd in Telford is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site. You will maintain plant, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and respond to breakdowns to keep downtime to a minimum.

The role offers £50,000-£55,000 base with regular overtime and additional earning opportunities throughout the year, reporting to the Engineering Manager and providing hands-on contributions within a strong engineering team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance skills.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance.

Maintenance Engineer – Telford

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Telford.

This is a hands‑on engineering role working as part of a strong team, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.

The role

You’ll be responsible for keeping the site’s machinery and equipment running efficiently, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance and responding to breakdowns when required.

You’ll work closely with the rest of the engineering team and production to keep downtime to a minimum.

The role will suit someone who enjoys a varied maintenance position and is comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment.
