Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a state-of-the-art, fully automated factory in Trentham. The role offers a base salary of £51,000 plus overtime and a pension, with 4 on 4 off days and nights shifts.

You will perform multi‑skilled maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, fault‑finding on PLCs, and pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance to support continuous production and technical career development.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Be able to modify PLC programmes as a minimum.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with working on PLCs, ideally fault finding using inputs and outputs.
