Pioneer Selection is recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a busy manufacturing site in Tottenham. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and delivering planned preventive maintenance to keep plant operating reliably.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in an industrial environment, fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems, and an engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on maintenance including pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance of site machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns and execute timely repairs to minimise downtime.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance to keep equipment reliable.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Tottenham

Salary: £50,000

Shift: There is a 4 on 4 off DAYS role and a 4 on 4 off NIGHTS role.

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

A superb opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a supportive and collaborative engineering team within a busy manufacturing site. The company prides itself on a positive working culture where teamwork and mutual respect are at the centre of daily operations.

You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with working on PLC's, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
