Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a fast-paced, fully automated factory in Telford. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshoot faults and implement improvements to maximise uptime and efficiency.

The role requires multi-skilled capabilities and an electrical qualification, with hands-on experience in a UK manufacturing environment. Shifts are Panama days and nights; salary £53,000 plus pension, life assurance and gym access.

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Must have an electrical qualification.
• Hands-on maintenance including planned, reactive and breakdown work.

Job Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

A fantastic opportunity which is not to be missed for a strong Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer has come to the forefront. This is going to be any engineer’s dream to work in this state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated, fast‑paced factory. They have recently invested into the site and it’s a great place to work for any maintenance engineer who wants to develop their career both technically and/or into management.

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventive maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Candidates with a plastic manufacturing background will be prioritised.

• Multi‑skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Must have an electrical qualification.
• Hands on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Multi‑skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Hands‑on electrical fault‑finding experience.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
