Job summary

Build Recruitment are looking for experienced Fabric / Maintenance Engineers to join a leading FM Contractor working within a Corporate 15 storey office space in Central Manchester.

You will be responsible for completing PPMs & reactive duties across the office, including assisting other trades such as basic plumbing. The role requires keeping the site tidy and safe while performing tasks. This is a full-time, permanent position in Manchester with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial/FM setting is required.
• Basic plumbing and carpentry skills are needed.
• Ability to assist other trades across the site as required.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy after completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPMs and reactive maintenance on the office space.
• Assist other trades on site as needed, including basic plumbing tasks.
• Maintain a tidy, safe work environment and communicate issues to supervisors.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in commercial / FM / Maintenance Engineering to be able put forward, the role will consist of completing PPM's & reactive duties across the office, including assisting other trades as and where possible, such as basic plumbing.
