Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited in Manchester is seeking a Fabric/Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM contractor in a central Manchester office environment. The role focuses on completing PPMs and reactive tasks across a corporate 15-storey office space, with additional duties such as basic plumbing and assisting other trades.

The successful candidate will have experience in commercial/FM maintenance, be able to carry out basic plumbing and carpentry, and help keep the site tidy.

Qualifications

• Experience within a commercial setting, completing basic plumbing, basic carpentry, door lock changes.
• Assisting other trades across the site as and where needed.
• Keeping the site tidy of rubbish from completed work.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactive duties across the office.
• Assist other trades on site and maintain tidiness of work areas.

Salary: up to £34,000, plenty of optional overtime

Build Recruitment are looking for experienced Fabric / Maintenance Engineers to join a leading FM Contractor working within a Corporate 15 storey office space in Central Manchester.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in commercial / FM / Maintenance Engineering to be able put forward, the role will consist of completing PPM's & reactive duties across the office, including assisting other trades as and where possible, such as basic plumbing.
