Job summary

Stirling Warrington Limited in Nettleton, Lincolnshire, seeks a Maintenance Engineer to work on a 4-on-4-off days pattern. You will maintain a busy site, diagnose and repair breakdowns, and contribute to reliability improvements while keeping detailed maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-skilled engineering role.
• Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Level 3 qualification in Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs.
• Completing planned preventative maintenance.
• Keeping accurate maintenance records.
• Identifying recurring issues and improving equipment performance.
• Making sure everything is kept audit-ready.

Maintenance Engineer (4 on 4 off days only)

Location: Nettleton, Lincolnshire

Salary: £50,000

We're working with a well established business that's looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their site in Nettleton.

This is a hands on role within a busy production environment, where you'll play a key part in keeping machinery running smoothly and minimising downtime.

Role

You’ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across site, working on a range of equipment and continuously looking for ways to improve reliability.

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs
• Completing planned preventative maintenance
• Keeping accurate maintenance records
• Identifying recurring issues and improving equipment performance
• Making sure everything is kept audit-ready

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a multi-skilled engineering role
• Solid Mechanical and Electrical knowledge
• Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering
