Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to coordinate and manage electrical and mechanical maintenance for production lines and site areas, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. You will perform fault finding, diagnostics, and planned maintenance while driving efficiency improvements.

The role emphasizes working both autonomously and as part of a team, with a focus on reducing costs and losses and maintaining high reliability across the site.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical engineering expertise.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Experience with touch screen machine controls.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• To coordinate and manage electrical and mechanical maintenance for production lines and site areas ensuring Safety and Quality Standards are maintained and strengthened where possible.
• Responsible for fault finding, diagnostics and planned maintenance.
• To build a way of thinking that continuously promotes practices to reduce costs and losses whilst improving efficiency of work.
