Stirling Warrington Limited in Hinckley, Leicestershire is seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our family‑run business, offering a £52,000 salary and double-day shift pattern (6am‑2pm, 2pm‑10pm). The role includes extensive overtime opportunities and a generous holiday allowance.

We operate CNC machines and Siemens S7/Allen Bradley controls in a small, seasoned maintenance team. No nights or weekends are involved, making this a sociable shift.

Formación

• Multi-skilled with roughly 60:40/70:30 mechanical/electrical bias.
• CNC experience is highly beneficial for the role.
• Must be able to fault find and read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Level 3 maintenance qualification (NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC/D) required.

Responsabilidades

• Reactive and planned maintenance on CNC drilling machines, automated bandsaws, presses, shrink wrappers and conveyors.
• Work with Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley control systems.

We are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias to join our family run business based in Hinckley. We are a well-established business in the local area manufacturing high end consumer products.
We have made £3m worth of investments in brand new machinery including a brand new revamp to our workshop area. We are a small team of 3 engineers, with lots of long standing employees amongst the maintenance team.

Day to day responsibilities would be reactive and planned maintenance on CNC Drilling machines, Automated Bandsaws, Presses, Shrink Wrappers, and Conveyors. Our process is a mix of manual and automated processes running mainly on Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley control systems.

The Successful Engineer

• Multi Skilled is essential for this role, must be roughly 60:40/70:30 Mechanical or Electrical bias
• CNC experience highly beneficial
• Ability to fault find and read both electrical and mechanical schematics is essential
• Level 3 qualification in maintenance as a minimum (NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC/D)
