Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a plastics manufacturer in Hull. You will perform planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and drive efficiency improvements across electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Respond to machinery breakdowns and restore performance.
• Support ongoing efficiency of a wide range of equipment and participate in CI projects.
• Work on both electrical and mechanical systems as part of the engineering team.

• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical) - HNC/NVQ/Desire preffered
• Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Experience working with manufacturing machinery and production equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an engineering team.

Desirable for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience within the plastics manufacturing industry.
• Experience with PLC fault finding using inputs and outputs.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, extrusion, injection moulding, or associated plastics processing equipment.
