Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for an industrial manufacturing site in the UK. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance, breakdown responses and PPIs within a busy production environment.

You will work in a collaborative team, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operating on a 12-hour day/night shift pattern. A strong maintenance background in manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification required, with hands-on electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Experience performing pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns and perform fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance on site machinery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing site.
• Work a 12-hour shift pattern (days and nights).

Job Title - Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location - South Kirkby

Salary: £50,000

Shift: Days and Nights 12 hour

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

The Multi Skilled Engineer will be involved in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Engineering Qualification

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with working on PLC's, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
