Job summary

TEAM Inc. in Poole (UK) is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to maintain manufacturing equipment, resolve breakdowns and improve machine reliability. You'll combine planned maintenance with electrical and mechanical fault-finding, supporting site services and equipment installations, in a role that keeps production moving.

The position is 39 hours per week with a lunchtime finish on Fridays in Poole, offering a hands-on environment and opportunities to enhance machinery performance.

Qualifications

• CNC maintenance experience is desirable but not essential.
• Maintenance background in manufacturing.
• Electrical and mechanical repair skills including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Sound understanding of PLCs and industrial controls.
• A relevant HNC/HND or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturing equipment and resolve breakdowns to keep production moving.
• Perform planned maintenance and fault-finding on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Support site services and equipment installations as required.
• Continuously look for improvements to reliability and efficiency.
