Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a Brandon, Suffolk manufacturing site on an early shift pattern, Monday to Friday. The role offers £50,000 per year on a permanent basis.

You will perform PPMs, reactive maintenance, and fault-finding across conveyors, fillers and packaging machinery, ensuring safe, efficient operation and compliance with health and safety standards.

Competenze

• Previous experience working as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills.
• Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs.
• Good fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
• Experience working with automated production and packaging machinery.
• Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics would be advantageous.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the production facility.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on a variety of manufacturing machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns, minimising downtime and ensuring production targets are maintained.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Brandon, Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing engineering team, offering a competitive salary of £50,000 and a great work-life balance, working Monday to Friday on an early shift pattern only.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs across a range of manufacturing and production machinery, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
