Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a day-based role in the Boston area. You will fault find, service and maintain machinery across a manufacturing environment, including conveyors, 3‑phase motors, bearings and fans.

The position offers £37,000–£40,000, excellent training, overtime options, and a Monday–Friday day shift. Ex-forces engineers are encouraged to apply, with long-term security and opportunities to develop technical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical bias with electrical awareness preferred.
• Ex-forces engineers encouraged to apply.
