E3 Recruitment is helping a market-leading manufacturing firm in the Bedworth area recruit a Maintenance Engineer. The role offers training and career development with a 4 on 4 off rotating days/nights schedule, plus a salary of £52,000 with annual increases.

You'll benefit from 33 days holiday (pro rata), overtime at 1.5x and 2x, and a company pension of 16%. Responsibilities include plant-wide maintenance and supporting machine set-ups to maintain production targets.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (mechanical or electrical).
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Experience in maintenance engineering and fault finding.

Responsibilities

• Providing plant-wide maintenance service, departmental support and repairs ensuring that production targets are maintained - maintaining factory manufacturing machinery.
• Monitor & supply engineering support of machine set-up & changeovers to ensure product quality and efficient changeovers.

Training, Career and Development opportunities Main Duties & Responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer include;

• Providing plant-wide maintenance service, departmental support and repairs ensuring that all production targets are maintained - maintaining factory manufacturing machinery
• Monitor & supply Engineering support of machine set-up & changeovers to ensure that the product conforms to any quality assurance standards and ensuring changeovers are as efficient as possible.

Experience and Qualifications Required for Maintenance Engineer;

• Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship & Qualification or equivalent, e.g. NVQ, City and Guilds, ONC, BTEC or above - Mechanical or Electrical
• High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
• Ability to fault find, repair and provide solutions to problems.
• Maintenance Engineer experience or qualifications of a Maintenance Engineer
