Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Electrician / Electrical Engineer for a permanent role covering two commercial sites in Manchester. The role involves planned and reactive electrical and building services maintenance, with opportunities for overtime.

You must hold NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, City & Guilds 2391, and experience in commercial maintenance. Salary £40,000 with benefits and potential to reach £50,000+ with overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial building maintenance required.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition BS 7671, and City & Guilds 2391
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Electrical fault finding, repairs and general maintenance.
• Maintaining electrical systems and building services.
• Assisting with HVAC maintenance, fault finding and BMS systems.
• Completing maintenance records, reports and compliance documentation.
• Responding to breakdowns and resolving faults efficiently.
• Supervising subcontractors and ensuring safe working practices.
• Health & Safety compliance across tasks.
