Job summary

RF Recruitment Consultancy LTD invites applications for a static maintenance electrician role in London, based in Holborn inside a Grade A building. You will work a Monday to Friday pattern with on-call duty and overtime potential, earning a base of £40,000 with the opportunity to reach around £47,000 with on-call and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be a fully qualified electrician with Level 3 and 18th edition.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering service delivery, ensuring safe PPM, reactive work and fault response.
• Maintain, test and fault-find LV distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, small power and life-safety systems.
• Liaise with external contractors where necessary.
• Complete multi-skilled building services maintenance, water hygiene and plant maintenance.
• Be responsible for the BMS system.
• Utilise the CAFM system.

Are you a qualified maintenance electrician, with a brilliant attitude, looking for a new permanent, static, role on London? We have a new opportunity for an electrician to work for a prestigious organisation in a close knit client side team where you will have the chance to work in an iconic Grade 2 listed building and be rewarded exceptionally well for your time.

This organisation give full training and would suit someone qualified, looking to expand their experience of building services maintenance.

In addition to a basic salary of £40,000 you will have the opportunity to earn c£47,000 through the on call rota and overtime available. You will be working Monday to Friday 7.30 - 4.30, with a late shift week (1 in 9) and the occasional Saturday. You will also be offered:

Within this static maintenance electrician role in Holborn you will be responsible for:

• Leading day-to-day engineering service delivery, ensuring planned preventative maintenance, reactive work, minor work and fault response are delivered safely, promptly and to the required standard.
• Maintaining, test and fault-find on LV distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, small power, controls, metering, generators, fire alarm interfaces, access control interfaces and associated life-safety systems
• Liaising with external contractors where necessary
• Completing multi skilled building services maintenance (reactive and PPMs), water hygiene, plant maintenance
• Being responsible for the BMS system
• Utilising the CAFM system
