Job summary

Peaple Talent is recruiting a Maintenance Electrician for a large manufacturing site in Coventry. You will take responsibility for both planned and reactive maintenance, working to keep production lines and site infrastructure running efficiently and safely.

The role includes on-the-job training across PLC/automation systems, with clear development pathways toward senior engineering roles, and a Monday-Friday two-shift pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm).

Qualifications

• Level 3 electrical qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial electrics preferred.
• Willingness to work in a Mon-Fri, 2-shift pattern.

Maintenance Electrician

An excellent opportunity for someone with a level 3 electrical qualification, looking to work as a maintenance engineer within an industrial environment.

This is a great chance to work for a large multi-national who will develop you in to being the go‑to technical expert on site for engineering maintenance.

You will be tasked with ensuring optimum engineering performance, taking ownership of planned and reactive maintenance and supporting site engineering improvement projects.

You will be supported with full industry specific training, including training across PLC/automation systems, to support you in to becoming a specialist engineer within the sector. There is also opportunity to progress your career in to senior roles within the business.

The role would suit an electrical engineer who is looking to work within manufacturing in a role with great training and development.
