Job summary

px Group is recruiting a Maintenance Leader at Wyke, Bradford. You will head the Maintenance Delivery Team, ensuring safe, quality and timely maintenance and turnaround execution to meet site needs. The role includes coaching, performance reviews and development planning to enhance team competence.

Applicants should have a degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with extensive maintenance experience in high hazard environments and demonstrated people management abilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Extensive maintenance experience in a high hazard/COMAH environment.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Delivery Team and ensure health, safety and performance; translate business strategy to maintenance staff.
• Provide safe, quality, cost-effective maintenance and turnaround services to the site.
• Safely execute preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance with strong planning and scheduling.
