Job summary

PX Group is recruiting an Asset Integrity Manager at Wyke, Bradford. You will be responsible for mechanical integrity management across site assets, including pressure systems and COMAH compliance, with oversight of inspections, life-cycle studies, and gas inspections.

The role includes leadership of an asset integrity team, budget ownership and liaison with the Mechanical Technical Authority. This permanent, full-time position offers on-site responsibilities, a structured development plan and

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of inspection standards: API 510, API 570, API 579, API 653, PD 5500.
• Proficient in CMMS use.
• Understanding of mechanical engineering concepts.
• Experience leading teams in a 24/7 heavy industrial/chemical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the asset integrity groups annual budget, CAPEX and monthly cost planning.
• Ensure PSSR inspections are planned and completed on schedule by shutdown planners.
• Ensure COMAH Regulation 5 examinations are planned and completed on schedule.
• Oversee asset integrity remedial actions with Mechanical Integrity Engineer for repair scopes and CAPEX/MOC.
• Review and approve inspection reports for COMAH Regulation 5 and submit to Mechanical Technical Authority.
• Own and manage asset lifecycle corrosion rates register to forecast vessel life.
• Manage LOLER and bellows inspections and remedial work through third-party contractors.
• Refer to Role Profile for additional responsibilities.
