Job summary

Linley and Simpson, part of Lomond, invites you to join our expanding maintenance team in Horsforth, Leeds. This full-time, permanent Maintenance Coordinator role offers a salary of £26,000 to £28,000 per year, plus annual bonus.

You will deal with tenants by phone and email, identify issues, decide if a contractor is needed, and liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to arrange prompt repairs and keep everyone informed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment, with ability to respond to tenants promptly.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT literacy and familiarity with common software.
• Willingness to learn and adapt; basic home maintenance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with tenants by telephone and email about maintenance issues.
• Identify problems and assess whether a contractor visit is required or if it is user error.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to facilitate prompt repairs and keep all parties informed.
