This full-time, permanent Maintenance Co-ordinator role is based in Stockton-on-Tees, Teesside (TS17), with a competitive salary dependent on experience. The successful candidate will join a family-run company trading for over 60 years, supporting the maintenance operation through logging service calls, scheduling engineers, tracking jobs and liaising with suppliers and customers to uphold the professional, quality service the business is known for. Applicants should be organised, detail-focused and confident communicators, with strong administrative and coordination skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities or service coordination setting is advantageous, along with proficiency in relevant software systems. Hours of work are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, with a half hour for lunch each day (40 hours per week).
Your annual holiday entitlement is 23 days a year pro-rata, plus statutory bank holidays and is based on completed months worked. Your holiday allowance will be confirmed upon the receipt of your starting date.
