Job summary

The One Group is seeking a Maintenance Controller in Haverhill to join a busy manufacturing site. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring planned and reactive work is scheduled, resourced and documented.

You will work closely with Maintenance, Operations and external contractors to maximise equipment reliability, minimise downtime, and develop weekly schedules and short-term plans for the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning, coordination or engineering administration.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate maintenance activities across the site.
• Plan short-term maintenance 0-4 week window.
• Develop and communicate weekly maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Coordinate reactive maintenance following equipment breakdowns or system failures.

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Controller to join a busy manufacturing environment in Haverhill, taking responsibility for coordinating maintenance activities across the site.

This is a role where you will be right at the centre of things, working closely with Maintenance, Operations and external contractors to make sure planned and reactive maintenance is properly scheduled, resourced, documented and completed.

This would suit somebody who enjoys bringing structure to a busy maintenance environment and wants a role where their organisation and coordination genuinely make a difference to how efficiently the site operates.

What you will be doing:
