Job description

Spring Studios are looking for a keen and enthusiastic Maintenance Assistant to join their team. Working in a small team, you will be required to assist with the day-to-day maintenance requirements across our busy workplace and ensure all work is carried out in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

Overview of Duties:

• General maintenance and decorating work.
• Painting and decorating within the building.
• To carry out checks on areas of the buildings as required.
• To carry out repairs and maintenance work as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently and with minimum disruption to employees and visitors.
• Ensure that all effort is made to repair faults without delay to avoid any inconvenience to employees and visitors.
• Ensure that you familiarise yourself with and follow all safety rules and procedures in place.

Required Experience and Certification:

• You will have knowledge across all aspects of general maintenance.
• You’ll either have previous experience in a similar role or have good DIY knowledge and be able to work without supervision.
• Driver's License.

• Plumbing/General building experience would be a bonus.

Hours of Work:

• Hours will mainly be 1:00pm to 09:00pm Monday to Friday. Weekend work also available.
