You will attend to and complete installation & maintenance engineering tasks related to reactive, planned, corrective, and project works for Cleveland Clinic London. To provide technical support in relevant designated discipline(s) including Competent & Authorised Person duties. When required, liaise with specialist sub-contractors and obtain quotes. Be responsible for delivering reactive and planned maintenance works, utilizing core skills and competencies. Escort sub-contractors across sites as needed, ensuring tasks are completed within SLA and documented correctly via mobile devices. Adhere to all Safe Systems of Work (SSOW), Risk Assessments, and Method Statements. Be the first image of Cleveland Clinic London, demonstrating excellent customer service and communication.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support in relevant disciplines, including Competent & Authorised Person duties.
2. Liaise with subcontractors and obtain quotes when necessary.
3. Identify materials required and liaise with suppliers for quotations.
4. Be accountable for all assigned works, ensuring completion within SLA and providing updates.
5. Communicate effectively with the shift lead, Estates supervisor, and management regarding critical tasks.
6. Use mobile devices to document work accurately and promptly.
7. Escort contractors on-site as required.
8. Provide quotes with costs for materials for approval.
9. Ensure maintenance tasks meet or exceed expectations and SLAs.
10. Identify faults and rectify or escalate as needed on fabric and M&E systems.
11. Maintain high standards of housekeeping in plant areas and workshops.
12. Support proactive maintenance initiatives.
13. Communicate effectively to understand and meet customer needs.
14. Follow verbal and written instructions promptly.
15. Ensure timely shift handovers and assist in covering shifts as needed.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Certifications:

• Completion of a full Apprenticeship program.
• HTM relevant CP and AP qualifications desirable.
• Minimum C&G Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical qualification.
• CSCS or relevant Trade Card.
• City & Guilds 2391 desirable.

Languages:

Ability to read, speak, and write in English.

Work Complexity & Experience:

• Experience with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
• Healthcare and HTM experience advantageous.

Physical & Safety Requirements:

• Full body motion capability, including lifting up to 20 kg or more.
• Follow PPE protocols and safety precautions.
