Are you an experienced Maintenance Assistant? Do you want to work in an NHS Trust? Are you based in West London?

Job Description

1. Provide a professional and robust estates maintenance and repair service at the trust.
2. Have basic skills and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and construction trades to undertake maintenance, repair, and installation work.
3. Maintain a high-quality environment for clinical and non-clinical staff, patients, and visitors.
4. Assist with other estates staff and contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
5. Assist, plan, and organize operational maintenance for the Trust under guidance.
6. Provide estates assistance across the Trust site as required for resilience and as instructed by senior staff.

Job Details

1. You will be paid £19.00 per hour on a 37.5-hour week.
2. The role is a 6-12 months temporary to permanent position.
3. You can be paid via Umbrella or CIS.
