A leading hotel brand in Wimbledon is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to ensure the effective upkeep of hotel facilities. With a focus on quality and guest satisfaction, you will manage maintenance tasks, liaise with contractors, and uphold health and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. Formación

• Experience working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel.
• Knowledge of electrics and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage tasks independently.

Maintenance Assistant

Pay: £13ph

Employment: Permanent position

Shift: Predominantly weekend cover

Location: Hotel du Vin Wimbledon

You always have the right tool for the job….! Taking responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities and the management of the maintenance team, as Maintenance Assistant you are there to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently to ensure that the guest expectations are met during their stay.

You will be required to proactively complete the daily job list and preventative maintenance schedules with an eye for detail and a passion for fixing things!

You must be able to work to deadlines, be confident in liaising with contractors and taking responsibility for health and safety. You must be organised, an good communicator, and have excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required and knowledge of electrics and health and safety are beneficial.
