• Maintain the property and its facilities and manage the maintenance team.
• Complete daily job list and preventative maintenance schedules with attention to detail.
• Liaise with contractors and uphold health and safety standards.
• Ensure guest expectations are met during their stay.
• Work to deadlines and fix issues efficiently.
