The Role:

• Carrying out maintenance work promptly and to high standards to enhance guest and member experience
• Following all health, safety, hygiene, and electrical regulations during repairs
• Responding to enquiries promptly
• Performing maintenance repairs with appropriate PPE
• Maintaining green areas and car parks when applicable
• Following preventative maintenance programmes
• Building good relationships with customers and contractors
• Implementing energy conservation initiatives
• Adhering to COSHH regulations, especially for hazardous substances
• Attending relevant training as needed
