Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a maintenance assistant to join the Estates Team at the Prestwich site. The role will involve providing a proactive maintenance service across the Trust estate, using iPad/iPhone to plan daily tasks and ensure work is done to required quality and safety standards.

To work within the maintenance team providing reactive, planned and emergency maintenance using skills in carrying out a wide and varied spectrum of tasks efficiently, to the required quality standard and within your own competence and safety limits. Please note - This role is not eligible for sponsorship unless you meet criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025. Separate provisions are applied to workers who have been sponsored and held continuously Skilled Worker visa since prior to 04/04/2024.
