PATH Recruitment is assisting a client near Banbury to hire a Maintenance Assistant who will maintain welfare accommodation units to high standards and support client hire sites.

The role offers salary up to £37k depending on experience, plus overtime and benefits; a stated range of £35k-£40k OTE with a bonus scheme and generous holiday. You'll work with a skilled supervisor and contribute to quality and safety across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining welfare accommodation units and client hire assets.
• Basic plumbing and heater replacement skills are desirable.
• Willingness to perform site-based tasks and work with a supervisor.
