Job summary

PATH Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Assistant near Banbury to join a leading team maintaining welfare accommodation units to the highest standards. You will handle plumbing, heaters, and DIY tasks to ensure client hire units are ready and safe.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £40,000 OTE, plus a bonus scheme, overtime opportunities, 24 days holiday and a pension. You will work closely with an experienced supervisor and a dedicated team on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining welfare accommodation units is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing and heater replacement work.
• Willingness to work on site and follow safety standards.
