Salary: up to £14.55 per hour, dependent on experience

Contract: Permanent, 24 hours per week

Shift pattern: 3 days per week (24 hours) - Flexibility required for days

As a Maintenance Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our facilities remain fully functional. You will maintain buildings and equipment effectively, adhering to Bupa Standard Operating Procedures, legislation, and industry best practices. Your role is crucial in ensuring our accommodation aligns with Bupa’s cultural and brand values.

Key Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience in painting, decorating, and gardening tasks, assisting the Maintenance Operative.
• Understanding of building services such as heating, water distribution, ventilation, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Knowledge of building fabric and maintenance.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Flexibility to meet changing demands within the care home.
• Practical skills and experience in painting and decorating.
